Last Saturday night I had the privilege of meeting the Carter family in Kingsport, and photographing a gathering of their entire family. What a fun group! A very photogenic group, we got some great shots outside. Here are two of my favorites from the shoot.

I know, I've been a terrible blogger the last few weeks but that is because I have been incredibly busy, which is a good thing! I promise to do better :)

My nephew, Joseph Michael, made his grand entrance on Friday, May 8 at 5:30 pm in Charlotte. I was able to stay a few days after they came home to do some newborn shots of this precious little guy. Here are a few of my favorites...

Last spring I photographed the females of this family and we had a fantastic time. Very photogenic and very easy to work with. For Mothers Day this year, I got to photograph the whole family! The boys were great sports, and I am so pleased with how these photos turned out.

Last Friday morning I had the opportunity to photograph these two precious sisters, Emma-Claire and Kaylin. We had a fabulous time, and the pictures turned out great. Aren't they just the sweetest? baby gibbons!

The Gibbons family (as in my extended family, not my immediate family!) is eagerly awaiting the arrival of baby Caitlyn in June. I got to snap a few maternity shots while we were altogether in Chicago this past week for my brother-in-law's wedding. So far I've only made it through the outdoor ones, but here's my favorite -

Jon & Leslie

This past weekend, my sister Lindsey and I had the opportunity to spend a fun weekend in Charlotte with our other sister Leslie, and her husband Jonathan. Leslie is 7 months pregnant, and so of course I couldn't resist the chance to do a maternity session with them. It was a GORGEOUS weekend, and so it made for perfect lighting and light-weight clothing :) Here's my favorite photo of the bunch, although there a handful that come in at a close second.
